Coach Dana Morton and the SHS Cheer team returned from summer camp with numerous awards. The team was awarded: The Varsity Top Jam Performance Award, the Tumbling Excellence Award, the Safe Stunt Award, and the Sharpness Award.
Individual Awards went to several girls from the Sheridan team.
Haley Morton and Claudia Benning tied for and both were awarded the Top Gun Award for Tumbling (Senior Varsity).
Lilly Johnson was awarded the Top Gun award for Jumps ( Senior Varsity).
Carly Strong won the Top Gun Jump and Tumbling award for Junior Varsity.
Eight Sheridan Cheerleaders were named to the All American list:
Haley Morton, Lauren Williams, Makenzie Pumphrey, Brynn Bowlin, Brooke Roberts, Lily Johnsons Claudia Benning and Carly Strong.
Haley Morton was also awarded Top All American and the Leadership Award.
