Wednesday, May 09, 2018

The following 7th graders at Sheridan Junior High School were recognized at UALR by the Duke University Talent Identification Program (TIP) today for their achievements on the March 2018 ACT college entrance exam.  To qualify to take the ACT as a 7th grader, the students had to have earned at least a 95th percentile on any section of a standardized test in the 5th or 6th grades.  Only 509 students from Arkansas achieved high enough scores on the ACT to be invited to the recognition ceremony.
