In accordance with Federal and State guidelines, Sheridan School District will destroy Special Education records on June 30, 2026 for students who graduated, moved, were found ineligible, or were dismissed from Special Education services in the district during the 2019-2020 school year. This is an annual notice. 

You or your child (as rights are transferred to the student at the age of 18) have the right to review or request a copy of these records before they are destroyed. If you wish to view or request the records, please contact the Special Services Department of Sheridan School District at 870-942-9861 by emailing Barbara Raymick at barbararaymick@sheridanschools.org no later than June 27, 2026
