Sports physicals for Sheridan School District students will be held at the Jacket Health and Wellness Center on June 6-7 and again August 9-10. Physicals will be from 7:30-11 a.m. by appointment both days. The AAA sports physical forms must be completed before the physicals can be done, and these can be found on the district website at this link. The physicals are free and the students' insurance should not be billed. Appointments may be made by calling 870-484-4411.
