East End Intermediate is gearing up for our first NWEA Map Growth Tests. We're excited to use this data to help identify our students' learning strengths and weaknesses so that we can be intentional with our instruction to meet their individual needs.
Things you can do at home to support your child on test days:
- Make sure your child attends school on test days and arrives early.
- Ensure your child gets a good night's rest (8-10 hours recommended).
- Ensure your child eats a nutritious breakfast on the morning of the test. Avoid items high in sugar, which can make students hyper and/or unfocused.
- Encourage your child to do their best.
