Earlier this week, some members of Sheridan School District’s leadership team met to discuss ways to build high-performing, collaborative teams. Led by Janel Keating, the group focused on ways to improve practices and processes across the district – everything from the boardroom to the classroom – with the goal of enhancing both student and adult learning. It was a great opportunity for everyone to work together on strategies that will help us move forward in achieving our mission.

Sheridan High School's JROTC program demonstrated outstanding teamwork and determination at the Brookland High School JROTC Raider Competition, competing against 24 teams from schools across Arkansas. Female Team 1 secured a 1st place finish in the Tire Relay, showcasing their strength and coordination. The combined efforts of all Sheridan teams led to an impressive 3rd place overall finish for the Sheridan Raiders. Congratulations to our cadets for their hard work and success!
