Some prepackaged meals, including certain Lunchables, may contain candy or snack items such as Butterfinger, CRUNCH bars, or Nutty Buddy bars that may contain peanuts or peanut ingredients. Items containing Nutella should also not be sent to school.
Please check ingredient labels carefully before sending food items with your child. Thank you for helping us keep our students safe!

Our 2nd graders at East End Elementary have been busy learning all about habitats! Ms. Creekmore's students put their learning into action by completing a research project and then stepping into the role of the expert as they presented their findings to their classmates!
We loved seeing our students research, organize their thinking, communicate what they learned, and confidently share with their peers. Learning is even more powerful when students have the opportunity to own it and teach others!

Our 1st grade students are getting an up-close look at how sounds are made during their UFLI phonics lessons! Using mirrors, they are watching how their mouths, lips, and tongues move as they practice different sounds.
This hands-on strategy helps students connect what they hear, say, and see, building stronger phonemic awareness and helping them become more confident readers and writers!

EEE 1st-grade classes are working hard on their listening comprehension skills! This week, they are thinking about how characters feel and, even more importantly, explaining WHY the characters have those feelings.
