EEM's PTO is hosting a Spring Dance on April 1st. Please see the flyer attached for more information. Parents - Please drop your student off in the car pick-up line. You will also need to pick students up at this same location. ONLY students can attend the dance, and those students must be EEM students. There are separate times for 6th-grade students and 7th/8th-grade students. Students will not be allowed in until their scheduled time and will need to be picked up at the end of their specific scheduled time.

Today, EEM celebrated our 6th grade students with the HIGHEST growth in each subject area on the Winter NWEA Maps Assessment. Natalie Rowe most growth in science, Jason Crabb most growth in reading, and Ayva Villanueva had the most growth in math as well as science. We are so proud of our 6th grade students and their hard work!

On Monday, 6th-grade students at EEM got up and moved in their English classes while interacting with their classmates learning all about Mount Everest! The station activity helped prepare students to better understand and connect to their weekly reading, "To the Top of Everest." They rotated between several stations to learn about the history of Mount Everest, the climate, animals, and base camps that climbers utilize.
