Sheridan Middle School is promoting the “Be Drug Free” campaign during #RedRibbonWeek!





The Sheridan School District will host a Substitute Teacher Training Seminar on Friday, Nov. 1, from 9 AM to 12 PM, at Sheridan High School, 700 West Vine Street in Sheridan.
Please park in the parking lot in front of the Yellowjacket Arena and enter through the arena doors. We will be there to greet you at the door.
Applicants must:
1. Be at least 21 years of age.
2. Have a high school diploma (minimum).
3. Pass FBI background check. (Please call for instructions.)
Bring Driver's License, Social Security Card, Proof of High School Diploma or College Transcript.

Mrs. Holley Wilson's 8th grade English classes performed "Character Autopsies" on John Steinbeck's "The Red Pony." Students identified the character's dreams, philosophies, intellect, and his/her memorable sights and moments.


SMS students will be dismissed early at 1:30 p.m. for the next two Mondays, September 23rd AND September 30th. SMS Parent Teacher Conferences will be held THIS Monday, the 23rd, from 2:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.
